This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a boutique firm specialising in property law, with exposure to a variety of commercial and corporate matters. Key Responsibilities: Drafting legal documents, contracts, and correspondence Managing caseloads and handling client communication Assisting with legal document preparation and filing, including Land Registry work Supporting solicitors on transactions and administrative tasks Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and internal protocols Essential Requirements: A recent or upcoming law graduate with a strong interest in property law Organised and personable, with a client-focused approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and legal practice software Desirable: Knowledge of commercial property, land development, or business acquisitions Experience in a boutique or modern legal practice Confidence with legal technology and AI tools This role is ideal for a graduate looking to take the first step into legal practice, with a clear pathway to a Training Contract for the right candidate.
