Corporate Lawyer – NQ – 4 years PQE | Hopson Solicitors News Back to News Listing Corporate Lawyer – NQ – 4 years PQE 23rd October 2024 About the Role Due to increased workloads, the Corporate Department at Hopson Solicitors is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Lawyer to join the Corporate Team based out of its office in Cheltenham. You will be working with an established and well respected team of Corporate Lawyers looking to increase its presence in Cheltenham. The Corporate Department has grown throughout the recent years and has an excellent client base and network of professionals within the local area and beyond. There is an excellent history for career progression within the firm. You will be working closely with Directors in the Corporate Department and will be tasked with both commercial and corporate work. You will cover a wide range of interesting and challenging work. Your day to day role will include: Share Sales and Purchases Asset Sales and Purchases Management Buy-outs Company Re-structuring Shareholders Agreements Articles Joint Venture Agreements Partnership and LLP Members Agreements Attending Client Meetings Commercial Agreements Terms of Business About You Hopson Solicitors is looking for an outgoing and commercially minded individual who is keen to become involved in complex and high value work. You should have excellent communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a desire to learn and progress. You must have the ability to work in a team. There is no expectation to have a client following but you should have good business development skills and be willing to build relationships externally to create your own following and expand the team’s following in general.
